Texas Perfect Pageant is the Official Texas State Preliminary to the  WORLD'S PERFECT PRE-TEEN®, JR TEEN®, TEEN®, MISS® and WOMAN® (www.americasperfectteen.com) hosted by the International Famous Director, Michael Galanes.  World's Perfect Pageants (formerly America' Perfect Pageants) are not your typical-style pageants, it's more like America's Next Top Model meets a classic pageant! ​

This pageant is designed for all young women, (ages Pre-Teen 10-12, Jr Teen 13-15, Teen 16-19,  Miss 20-29, Woman 30 and up) from every state in America, and DC, who love the stage, want to hold a state and even national title, and carry this new found celebrity status to a professional modeling or acting career. Create exciting memories, make new friendships with young women from around the country, and experience a worthwhile, organized event. The system is in search for beautiful, articulate, young ladies who turn heads in a crowded room, maybe for her beauty, articulation, style, dedication to community service, humor, talent, or that indescribable it factor. The system welcomes young ladies who have competed in all systems, including: Miss USA, Miss Teen USA, Miss America, America's Outstanding Teen, American Coed, or National American Miss. The National Director has worked with every major system and values each mission. What sets America's Perfect Pageant System apart from the others? We allow the individual to create her reign, whether it be beauty driven, community service, talent, spokesperson, or print/runway.

Categories

Each contestant will receive a score from 1-10 in each of three categories.  Each category accounts for 1/3 of each contestant's total score.  The areas of competition are the following:

• Opening Number: Contestants will learn a simple opening number routine to be performed at the beginning of the pageant. Each contestant must wear a black dress. Add accessories and shoes that fit you! This attire will be worn for interview.
• Interview:  The Texas interview will be a press conference styled interview where judges will ask a variety of questions off your Personal History application and/or your chosen topic. Topics ideas: community service, hobbies, fashion, fitness, politics, society today, current events, etc.
• Swimsuit: One piece, two piece, solid, print, wraps are allowed, any shoe, sandal, heel, or flip flop is allowed. Be modern, hip, current, fun, remember, YOU define perfection. (only Jr Teen, Teen, & Miss age divisions wear Swimsuit)
• Summer Fashionista – Summer Fashion Outfit of choice.  The color, style, design, designer, is up to you!  Allow the judges the chance to see your sense of style. This outfit should be something you'd wear on a summer day/night. Make it your perfect moment on stage. (this replaces the swimsuit phase for Pre-Teen & Woman divisions)
• Evening Gown:  Represent your style in a long dress in the color, style, design, or designer of your choice - it's up to you! Allow the judges the chance to see your personality.  It's a competition, so bring it on! Make it your PERFECT moment on stage.

Prizes

​State winners and runner-ups are strongly encouraged to compete at the national pageant. There is not a no-compete rule - therefore, we do NOT prohibit you from competing in other systems, as long as they do NOT require you to relinquish your title. All contestants competing in the state pageant are qualified and welcome to attend and compete at the national pageant and will receive a discounted rate.

SPECIAL AND UNIQUE TO PERFECT PAGEANTS:
In an effort to showcase as many amazing young women as possible at the National Pageant, Perfect State Pageants do not simply announce runner-up positions but award prestigious state titles instead! 

Examples: The winner - Texas Perfect Teen, 1st runner-up is announced as the state nickname: Lone Star State Perfect Teen, 2nd runner-up is the state's capital: Austin Perfect Teen, 3rd runner-up is the directors choice title: DFW Perfect Teen.
